DXF Comparison
We offer a high-performance solution in the management and use of DXF. Indeed, you can fully exploit your DXF, both in manual mode for a simple comparison, and in automatic mode to allow you to measure shape deviations in constrained or completely free form mode, according to the ISO criteria imposed on your plans.
Operating mode
The FoxTouch software in operating mode allows you to measure a part or a batch of parts from a previously created program. This way, you will be able to see the conformity of your products according to the tolerances applied, and produce a part or batch report, according to your needs. This mode also allows the execution of the program in different contexts such as single or multi-part measurement, palletizing, etc…
Inspection mode
FoxTouch software also includes all vision inspection and image analysis tools, allowing advanced use of the software. This mode will allow you to perform fault analyses, absence/presence checks and much more because the tool integrates the entire Halcon library.
Manual mode
This mode allows you to be as in front of a profile projector, that is to say with extremely easy and intuitive operation. In this mode, you will be able to quickly carry out the few measurements necessary for your needs. You will also be able to edit a report without having to go through program generation.
Multi-piece mode
FoxTouch software is capable of analyzing the presence of several parts in the field of vision. Thus, the system will recognize the number of parts corresponding to your program and will execute it on each of them automatically, without adding any particular programming.
